  3. Migration and Setup Role:
    • Leading as a Senior Salesforce Architect for the migration of Service Cloud to Financial Service Cloud (FSC) and establishing a framework for the Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the Insurance Sector.
  4. Chatbot Evaluation:
